Neola Wilby is a leading strength and conditioning coach from the UK, specializing in pole dance training. As founder of The Pole PT and bestselling author of "Strength and Conditioning for Pole" and the "Pole Anatomy" series, Neo has revolutionized how pole dancers train and understand their bodies. Her science-based approach combines biomechanics with practical training methods to help dancers progress faster, perform better, and prevent injuries. With a passion for empowering athletes through education, Neola brings expert knowledge and innovative techniques that have transformed the pole fitness industry worldwide.
Aline Silva is a Brazilian pole dance instructor and methodologist who transformed her career from dentistry to revolutionize pole dance education. Starting her pole journey in 2015 with no natural talent or flexibility, Aline developed a unique teaching methodology based on advanced movement analysis and individual learning processes. In 2018, she opened her own studio in Paraíba, and by 2022, she had fully transitioned from her dental career to dedicate herself entirely to pole dance. Her approach breaks away from traditional demonstrative methods, teaching students to think critically about movement rather than simply reproduce it. Today, Aline specializes in training instructors, offering regular classes, mentorships, and consultancies, bringing scientific understanding and innovative pedagogy to the pole dance world.
Grace Di Tainá is a Brazilian pole dance performer and educator with an extraordinary athletic foundation. Starting dance at age 4, she trained in classical ballet, jazz, modern, and contemporary dance before becoming an artistic gymnastics athlete for 12 years, followed by 12 years as a technical gymnastics coach. She served as a judge for the Brazilian Gymnastics Confederation for two Olympic cycles, judging legends like Daiane dos Santos, Jade Barbosa, Flávia Saraiva, and Rebeca Andrade. Grace competed at the 2011 Gymnaestrada World Festival in Lausanne, Switzerland, and spent a season in Stockholm teaching ballet to elite gymnasts. At 26, she discovered pole dance and seamlessly integrated her lifetime of dance and gymnastics expertise, winning the Best Trick award at Exotic Generation Brasil 2023 and becoming Champion of Exotic Generation Brasil 2024 in the Professional Exotic Theatre category. Her performances blend technical precision with artistic expression, empowering women to reconnect with their essence and femininity.
