• Your WhatsApp name and profile picture;
• Phone number;
• The content of the messages you send us;
• The source of the contact (for example, the ad that started the conversation).

Data is collected directly from you when you start or maintain a conversation with us via WhatsApp. Messages are received through the WhatsApp Business / Meta platform.

• Respond to your questions and provide information about the Beach & Pole Weekend event;
• Customer service and commercial management (sales, bookings, follow-up);
• AI-assisted analysis of conversations, in order to suggest responses and prioritize our team's service.

We process your data based on the execution of preliminary procedures and the handling of your request (art. 7, V and VI) and on legitimate interest for customer service and commercial management purposes (art. 7, IX), always respecting your rights.

To operate this service, we use technology providers that may process data outside Brazil (international data transfer):

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business) — receiving and exchanging messages;
• Anthropic — artificial intelligence model that analyzes conversations to generate service suggestions;
• Railway — secure hosting of the system and the database.

We select providers that adopt adequate security measures. We do not sell your personal data.

Data is stored in a cloud-hosted database, with access restricted to our team. We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We keep your data for as long as necessary for customer service and the commercial relationship, or until you request its deletion, except for legal obligations that require retention for a longer period.
